Alfonso Isaías Flores Quiñonez was in the news as a security personnel who was traveling in an armored truck during a failed robbery attempt by a group of armed criminals in San Pedro, Paraguay. He, along with the truck's driver, César González, managed to escape unscathed during the attack which involved a shootout and multiple assailants.
