Alfred Mendelsohn (1910-1966) was a Romanian composer and music educator, known for his contributions to classical music and education in Romania. He studied at the Vienna Academy of Music and the Bucharest Conservatory, and served as a conductor at the National Opera in Bucharest from 1944 to 1963.
