Alfredo Barrios

Alfredo Barrios is a civil and commercial judge in Paraguay, known for presiding over important cases, including those involving the state utility company, ANDE. Recently, he has been in the news for his role in a legal dispute concerning a contract termination initiated by ANDE against the Consorcio Arapoty, which failed to deliver a significant number of transformers as per their agreement.
