Alfredo de Sá Earp

Alfredo de Sá Earp is a member of the Friends of Petrópolis and Ecological Defense Association (Appande) and has been an active participant in discussions regarding the preservation of the city's historical and cultural heritage. He opposes the Iphan's proposal to reduce the protected areas, asserting that it threatens the integrity of the urban landscape established since the time of the emperor.
