Alfredo Herrera is a 23-year-old student from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), who recently expressed his concerns regarding the impact of teacher protests in Mexico City. He pointed out that while he feels less affected by the disruptions caused by the Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación (CNTE) strike for a salary increase, vulnerable populations such as the elderly and those with disabilities are significantly impacted by the ongoing protests.
