Alfredo Hoyos Mazuera

Alfredo Hoyos Mazuera was a Colombian entrepreneur and co-founder of the popular fast-food chain Frisby, known for its fried chicken and unique pizza offerings. He and his wife, Liliana Restrepo, opened their first pizzeria in Pereira in the late 1970s, where a curious incident involving a pizza maker led to the creation of the restaurant's iconic name, inspired by the frisbee.
