Algoney Hamdan Daglo is a leader of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a paramilitary group involved in the ongoing conflict in Sudan. He was in the news for participating in talks in Washington aimed at brokering a ceasefire, despite being under U.S. sanctions due to his alleged role in arms procurement for the RSF.
