Alhaji Samaila Moriki

Alhaji Samaila Moriki is the chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in Zamfara State, who reported that local government councils in the state have yet to open accounts with the Central Bank of Nigeria due to pending directives and instructions.
