Alhassan Ouattara is the President of Ivory Coast, known for being the world’s largest cocoa producer. His leadership has been marked by significant agricultural policies, including a cross-border agreement with then-Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, which facilitated the movement of Burkinabé cocoa farmers into Liberia.
