Ali Amadou
Ali Amadou is the Country Director of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Burundi. He has been instrumental in overseeing the implementation of various humanitarian projects aimed at supporting vulnerable populations, particularly women and girls affected by gender-based violence. Recently, he highlighted the successes of the first phase of the 'Dushigikire umukenyezi' project, which received renewed funding to continue its vital work in promoting safety and resilience among women in conflict-affected areas.
