Ali Kulbarak

Ali Kulbarak is a physical education teacher who graduated from Aktobe Regional University named after Kudaibergen Zhubanov. He recently began his career at a new modern school in Aktobe, appreciating the initiatives taken by the President to create opportunities for youth in the region.
