Ali Sanka

Ali Sanka is the co-founder and general manager of the Flipflopi Project, which aims to combat plastic pollution through innovative recycling initiatives. Under his leadership, the project has gained international attention for creating the world's first sailing dhow made entirely from recycled plastic, and he is currently spearheading efforts to build a larger version while empowering local communities in the process.
