Alicia Cabrera

Alicia Cabrera is a social educator involved in the Incorpora program of the La Caixa Foundation, which has been assisting marginalized youth in Sevilla's Tres Mil Viviendas area since 2006. Her work focuses on helping young individuals overcome societal stigmas and personal barriers to employment, providing them with guidance, support, and training to enhance their job prospects. Through her efforts, Alicia aims to empower the youth by fostering self-belief and independence, helping them navigate the challenges of finding work in a context of high unemployment.
