Alicia Henry

Alicia Henry is the head of the Agency for Strategic Services in Trinidad and Tobago, and she was recently in the news due to her involvement in the National Security Council's discussions regarding a new state of emergency declared by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar in response to escalating gang violence and credible threats against security personnel.
