Alicia Schlender

Alicia Schlender is a Berlin-based social scientist and couple therapist known for her research on caregiving in co-parenting arrangements. Currently pursuing her doctoral thesis on gender relations in stepfamilies, she is also a mother of two children in a blended family setup. Recently, she gained attention for her supportive views on actress Marie Nasemann's controversial idea to organize child care around her menstrual cycle.
