Alim Đeka

Alim Đeka is the owner of a restaurant on the Bojana River, who has observed a notable decline in fish catches since the invasive blue crab species established itself in the area. Despite the challenges posed by the blue crab, Đeka has adapted by utilizing the crabs in his culinary offerings, particularly appreciating those that weigh a kilogram or more, as they provide a unique flavor similar to shrimp.
