Alisher Fayzullayev

Alisher Fayzullayev is a prominent Uzbek political scientist, psychologist, and professor who has held significant roles in Uzbekistan's foreign relations, including serving as the ambassador to the United Kingdom and other European countries, as well as a former deputy foreign minister. Recently, he was in the news for being compelled to undergo HIV and syphilis testing after returning from abroad, despite existing laws that do not mandate such tests for citizens who have been outside the country for less than 90 days.
