Alison Hooker

Alison Hooker is a U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Political Affairs. She recently visited Yerevan and Baku to discuss strengthening strategic partnerships in the region, particularly in relation to U.S. initiatives for international peace and prosperity. Her absence from a planned visit to Tbilisi has raised concerns about the current state of U.S.-Georgia relations.
