Allen Yip

Allen Yip is a long-time friend and fellow coach of Neville Paul, who has been involved in mentoring young athletes since 1989. Yip has fondly recalled Paul’s unique ability to foster strong relationships with students, transforming the often solitary sport of running into a team-oriented endeavor where athletes felt a deep sense of belonging.
