Alma Mutapčić

Alma Mutapčić serves as the Zaštitnik prava pacijenata (Patient Rights Protector) at the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG). In her role, she addresses patient complaints and provides guidance on health rights, with a focus on improving access to healthcare services. In 2024, she reported that over 1,000 patients reached out with concerns, primarily regarding the difficulties in scheduling specialist appointments. Mutapčić has been instrumental in implementing protocols to prioritize oncological patients for necessary radiological examinations, thereby enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery within the KCCG.
