Almas Abdiabaev

Almas Abdiabaev is the General Director of Kazrestavratsiya, the organization responsible for the recent restoration of the monument dedicated to composer Si Xinghai in Almaty. Under his leadership, the project aimed to enhance the monument's aesthetic and structural integrity while preserving its cultural significance as a symbol of friendship between Kazakhstan and China.
