Alojzije is a lynx who was released into the wild in 2020 as part of the LIFE Lynx project, aimed at preserving the lynx population in Croatia. Recently spotted in the Paklenica National Park, Alojzije has been living in the area for five years, but has become elusive, complicating tracking efforts as he has lost his telemetry collar. Conservationists are eager to locate the collar and continue monitoring his movements.
