Alonso Rosemberg Ferreyros

Alonso Rosemberg Ferreyros is the president of the Asociación Peruana de Publicidad Exterior (Asppe) and the Committee of OOH (Out of Home) of the Asociación de Agencias de Medios, representing 17 companies in the outdoor advertising industry in Peru. He has voiced concerns regarding the newly implemented light pollution law, arguing that it may exacerbate informality in the sector by benefiting non-compliant companies and imposing unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles.
