Altai Abibullaev

Altai Ibragimovich Abibullaev, born on January 23, 1974, in Kyzylorda Region, is a seasoned diplomat with extensive experience in international relations, having served in various capacities within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and as the newly appointed Ambassador to Slovenia.
