Álvaro Coto

Álvaro Coto is the Director of Labor Affairs at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in Costa Rica. He was recently in the news for informing Congress that funds initially allocated for compensation to deceased dock workers were no longer necessary, which allowed for the reallocation of those resources to support school meal programs.
