Álvaro Ricardo Cordón Paredes is one of the substitute magistrates of the Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) in Guatemala, who was recently involved in a legal dispute concerning allegations of failure to attend official sessions, which were ultimately dismissed by the Public Ministry.
