Alvino Antuash

Alvino Antuash is the Ecuadorian consul in Ipiales, actively involved in the deportation process of Colombian inmates. He reported that the repatriation began as scheduled and confirmed that at least 400 prisoners would be returning to Colombia to complete their sentences.
