Amadou Ba Payla

Amadou Ba Payla is an assistant director of protocol in the Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was part of the delegation accompanying the Mauritanian Foreign Minister on his recent trip to Brussels, which focused on enhancing cooperation between the African Union and the European Union.
