Amalia Guadalupe de León Ortega

Amalia Guadalupe de León Ortega is the General Administrator of Tax Audit for the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) in Mexico. She took over the position following the passing of Rosalinda López Hernández. In her role, she has been at the forefront of navigating employee dissatisfaction within the SAT, particularly regarding wage adjustments and working conditions under the current administration. Recently, she led a virtual meeting with state administrators to discuss rising tensions and potential protests among SAT employees who were unhappy about a lack of annual salary increases.
