Amantai Kazy

Amantai Kazy, also known as Amantai қажы, is an 83-year-old public figure and prominent activist in Kazakhstan's anti-nuclear movement, leading the organization 'Аттан, Казахстан!'. He has previously run for the presidency of Kazakhstan multiple times, advocating for social and environmental issues. Recently, he has been in the news following an incident where he allegedly pushed a woman down a staircase, leading to a criminal investigation that could result in up to two years of imprisonment.
