Amilcar Lisser-Posadas

Amilcar Lisser-Posadas, a 29-year-old father of two U.S. citizen daughters, fled Honduras as a child and was previously protected under the DACA program. However, after being apprehended in Tennessee for driving with an expired license, he was transferred to the Alexandria Staging Facility in Louisiana, a notorious immigration detention center, where he faced deplorable conditions and a lack of medical care, ultimately leading to his deportation back to Honduras.
