Amina Sani

Hajiya Amina Sani, known as Amina HOD, is the Kano State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Children, and Persons with Special Needs. She was a prominent figure in the Kwankwasiyya grassroots movement, recognized for her strong principles and commitment to social issues. Recently, she made headlines by defecting from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) to join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), aligning with the 'Kano First' ideology aimed at fostering the state's development and promoting peaceful coexistence.
