Amnon Zarka

Amnon Zarka is the manager of the Kibbutz Kussufim dairy farm, which faced a devastating attack on October 7th, resulting in loss of life and significant destruction. Despite the trauma and challenges, Zarka has been committed to the recovery of the farm, emphasizing its role in community life and the importance of milk production for food security in Israel. He aims to honor the memory of his colleague Reuven Heinik by promising to enhance the farm's operations and community ties.
