Amolya Saxena

Professor Amolya Saxena is a pediatric surgeon based at Burjeel Medical City in Abu Dhabi. With a specialization in advanced surgical techniques for children, he has been instrumental in treating complex congenital conditions. His expertise was recently highlighted in the case of a four-year-old Hungarian boy named Benet, who was born with a rare condition known as giant omphalocele, which left vital organs outside his body. Professor Saxena has been involved in Benet’s treatment since 2022, conducting multiple surgeries to reconstruct his abdomen and improve his quality of life.
