An Ngọc Thao

An Ngọc Thao is the Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (Vinasa). He played a significant role in the launch of the Digital Technology Enterprise Map, which aims to help technology businesses in Vietnam assess their capabilities, expand collaboration opportunities, attract investment, and access new markets. During an event in Hanoi on February 27, 2023, he emphasized the importance of this initiative in enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese ICT enterprises and aligning with the goals of Resolution 57, which includes tax and credit incentives for businesses investing in innovation.
