Ana Gabriela Soberón Tejada

Ana Gabriela Soberón Tejada has been appointed as the new Vice Minister of Labor and Labor Development in Panama, following her previous role as the National Director of Employment. Her appointment by President José Raúl Mulino was formalized through a decree on July 8, 2025, as she takes over from Gregorio Ordóñez and will collaborate with Minister Jackeline Muñoz. With her experience in employment services, Soberón Tejada aims to address labor issues and promote workforce development in the country.
