Anaïs Diméglio

Anaïs Diméglio is an archaeologist affiliated with the Drassm (Département des recherches archéologiques subaquatiques et sous-marines) and serves as the co-scientific director of an archaeological project on the eastern part of Sainte-Marguerite Island. She has been involved in investigating the island for three years, focusing on identifying Roman-era port structures. Under her guidance, students from the Master of Maritime and Coastal Archaeology program at Aix-Marseille University engage in underwater excavations, contributing to the understanding of the site's historical significance.
