Anatoliy Klochkо

Anatoliy Klochkо is a Ukrainian brigadier general and the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. He has been instrumental in overseeing the country's ambitious missile program, which aims to enhance Ukraine's defense capabilities amidst ongoing conflicts. As of June 2025, Klochkо announced that Ukraine had completed 47% of its planned missile program goals for the year. He highlighted the collaborative efforts between the government, private enterprises, and international partners to secure funding and technological support for modern missile systems. Klochkо is also focused on streamlining the development process by establishing new departments dedicated to missile weaponry and missile defense, aiming to reduce bureaucratic hurdles and facilitate faster project implementation.
