Andre Dao is an acclaimed author and a previous winner of The Sydney Morning Herald Best Young Australian Novelists award. As a judge for the 2025 awards, he brings his experience and perspective to the evaluation of emerging writers, actively contributing to the development of Australian literature and encouraging new voices in fiction.
