André Kanga

André Kanga is the Permanent Secretary of the Central Africa Action Group Against Money Laundering (Gabac), an institution dedicated to combatting financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorism financing in Central Africa. Recently, he was in the news for officially inviting Gabon's Minister of Justice, Augustin Emane, to represent the country at the 15th plenary session of Gabac, scheduled for October 3, 2026, in Ndjamena, Chad. This meeting aims to enhance legal and financial cooperation among member states to better tackle illicit financial activities.
