André Luis Locateli is a prominent technician and key collaborator of the Asociación Boliviana de Criadores de Cebú (Asocebú), recognized for his significant contributions to the promotion of Cebu cattle genetics. He was recently awarded the Cebú de Oro Internacional for his efforts in enhancing the quality and competitiveness of the Cebu breed in Bolivia.
