André Lyra de Oliveira

André Lyra de Oliveira, alias Lápis, was a member of the Comando Vermelho (CV) criminal organization who was murdered on September 16, 2021, in Quitungo, Rio de Janeiro. His death was reportedly ordered by Edgar Alves de Andrade, known as Doca, a high-ranking leader within the CV. Lápis's murder is part of the ongoing violent turf wars between rival drug factions in the region.
