André Pinção Lucas is the executive director of Instituto +Liberdade, a think tank that promotes political, economic, and social liberalism in Portugal. He is also known for his work on the Projecto +Factos and co-authoring a book that critiques the narratives surrounding TAP, Portugal's national airline.
