Andrea del Pilar Carrillo

Andrea del Pilar Carrillo is a lieutenant colonel and the deputy director of the Police Postgraduate School in Colombia, who was involved in the administrative processes concerning the incarceration of retired general Rodolfo Palomino following his conviction for influence trafficking.
