Andrea Ghez

Andrea Ghez is an American astronomer who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2020 for her pioneering work on the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy, the Milky Way. She is a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and has made significant contributions to our understanding of the dynamics of stars and the nature of black holes.
