Andrea Haitová

Andrea Haitová is a Slovak judge who recently returned to her position at the Bratislava Regional Court after her criminal prosecution in the Búrka case was halted due to a lack of evidence. Previously accused of bribery, she faced potential imprisonment but will now receive compensation for her lost wages amounting to around 200,000 euros, as her suspension had been in effect for over five years. The decision to stop the prosecution was detailed in a report by prosecutor Ján Hrivnák.
