Andrea Morando

Andrea Morando is an Italian chef and co-owner of the Italian restaurant Ambyx in Syros, Greece. Born in Arqua Petrarca in the Veneto region, he first visited Greece in 2008 and later settled there. Recently, he opened his own gourmet grocery and trattoria, Alimentari Morando, in Exarchia, Athens, where he offers a selection of Italian delicacies, including cheeses and cured meats sourced directly from Italy, with a focus on products from his home region.
