Andrea Povis

Andrea Povis is a survivor of the tragic 1980 bus accident in Médanos, Argentina, which claimed the lives of several classmates and school staff during a graduation trip. After awakening from a coma, she struggled with the trauma of the event and the emotional weight of surviving while others did not. In recent years, she has revisited her past and sought closure by reconnecting with former classmates who aided in her rescue, leading her to create a theatrical production titled 'Promoción 80. Salir del colectivo,' which addresses themes of collective memory and healing.
