Andrée Bigard

Andrée Bigard was the personal assistant of the famous French singer Édith Piaf during World War II, and she played a vital role in the rescue of Jewish individuals. She risked her life and the safety of her family by hiding Jewish composer Norbert Glanzberg for six months and was actively involved in forging documents and facilitating escapes from France.
