Andrée Geulen

Andrée Geulen was a courageous Belgian teacher recognized for her efforts in rescuing Jewish schoolchildren from the Nazis during World War II. Working with a clandestine network, she saved several hundred children by placing them with non-Jewish families, risking her life in the process. For her bravery, she was honored as Righteous Among the Nations by Yad Vashem and passed away in 2022 at the age of 100.
